- High-stable ISOVOLT 320/225 X-ray units with metal-ceramic tubes
- Field shaper with radiation quality according to GOST 8.087, ISO 4037, IEC 61267, etc.
- Interchangeable disks with 11 sockets for filters
- 3 replaceable diaphragms
- Additional filters with thickness up to 50 mm
- Tungsten safety shutter for beam attenuation to less than 0.1% with operating time less than 0.1 s
- System for automatic and manual 3-axes positioning in radiation beam
- Software control of irradiation modes and positioning of moving platform
- Laser alignment system for detector positioning
- Video surveillance system for observation of instrument readings
- Alarm and interlock systems, area monitors
- Control system based on a PC and operator panels
